Not only did both my parents write Wonder Woman stories for the comics back in the 40s, but Lynda Carter was a good family friend in the 60s. She did a fabulous job of portraying the character, although the producers were forced to take the series into a contemporary time frame instead of the WWII slot it had been created for.
